Will was a GREAT teacher. I did the crash course for 2 weekends on top of a full time job and the weekend classes were actually very enjoyable. He has a way of teaching that is very approachable and fun, even on the driest of subjects. HIGHLY recommend Freedom Trail Realty School for the salesperson class!

If you are looking to get your real estate license then I highly recommend taking classes through Freedom Trail Realty. The instructor Will was super knowledgeable and made class time both interesting and enjoyable. Some of the material can be dry and boring but he managed to explain everything in clear and simple terms. I studied for about 4 days after the class was finished and then took the test and passed on the first try. Because the class was so helpful, I did not see the need to overstudy/cram before the test since I had retained most of the information that was taught during class time. Highly recommend this class for anyone looking to get into real estate!!!

Completed the weekend (4 days/ 10 hours each day) course in June '16 and I highly recommend it! Although the days were long, Will did a great job teaching the material in a way that kept us all engaged. His stories are hilarious and relevant - and helped a lot when recalling the material during the exam. I just passed the exam on the first try and felt confident during the test thanks to this course. Thanks again!

I didn't really know what to expect going in to my first class... Was it gonna be some stuffy old dude reciting a bunch of boring facts? Will is a super chill youngish guy, something that made me instantly feel comfortable. He was very knowledgeable in the field explained things really well, and made sure we all understood the concept before moving on to the next. I liked the way he taught, he explained concepts through stories, drew visual pictures, and even cracked jokes lol all of which were super helpful in retaining the crazy amount of info. It was 40 hours but he definitely made it manageable, productive, and sorta fun. If your looking for a school go here very happy with my choice -Ashley

I HIGHLY recommend Freedom Trail Realty School to any person of ANY AGE thinking of pursuing a career in Real Estate. After years of being out of a classroom setting; Realty School seemed intimidating to me at first. It took 25 minutes with Will, and I was engaged, interested and felt confident that I was capable of getting my license. Not only did Will make class interesting, but he made sure with the use of multiple teaching techniques that all of us in class could really grasp the lessons. After 1 session at FTRS and an extra few days to study; I passed the test on my first try and have been a licensed Real Estate sales person in MA since last November. If you want your license go to Freedom Trail Reality School. -Pete M

The 40 hours of classroom time was all I needed to pass the exam; no outside studying. The instructor is knowledgable, amicable, thorough, focused, professional, and most importantly, teaches to the exam. Classroom atmosphere is relaxed, but targeted. Students feel extremely comfortable asking all questions, which the instructor has the answers to immediately. I strongly recommend this class to any seeking their License.

Most people say that their real estate classes were just something "they had to get through" as part of the process of getting a real estate license. Will's classes are not like that at all! Will goes above and beyond to help students truly learn and understand the material (not just cram for an exam), and better yet, classes are a lot of fun! I loved my classes and were sad when they were over. Thankfully Will puts together Alumni meetup networking events so we can always get together with former students (and Will) to chat about the real estate industry.

I highly recommend The Freedom Trail Realty School salesperson course. I was worried that this course would be a long, boring 40 hours of someone talking at me. Instead, Will was very engaging and interesting. The 4 days flew by and I left feeling like I had a full understanding of the material and was totally prepared for the exam. There were no surprises on the test and I credit that top great course material.

Will is a fantastic teacher. Managed to make the coursework engaging and dare I say, enjoyable? Will also makes himself super available for any questions you may have, days, weeks, or months after the class! Comparing the experience some of my colleagues have had at other Realty Schools in Boston I can confidently say that Freedom Trail is hands down the best!

Freedom Trail Realty School was great for Massachusetts State Licensure. I especially liked the instructor Bob Raiche, as well as Janice Diaz. The practice tests were more helpful in preparing you for the test than the practice questions, as they were more anecdotal. I did pass the MA and Federal exam through PSI on the first try. Just wanted to note that PSI no longer issues licenses. It is now done through the Board of Registration. I learned this the hard way, as PSI took payment from me, when they were actually supposed to give the test results to the Board, upon which they ask you to pay, upload your own picture and print the license (laminated it too). This took about 3 weeks and many phone calls to straighten out. I still need to be reimbursed by PSI as essentially I have paid 2X for my license. Just thought I would share this for other MA residence who are taking the Real Estate Sales Person Exam.

The instructors have truly been exceptional. They consistently go the extra mile by taking the time to address our questions, offering real-life examples that make the content relatable, and ensuring that every student comprehends the material before progressing. On the positive side, the dual-track scheduling system has proven to be a real game-changer for working individuals like myself. It's incredibly convenient and allows me to stay ahead by participating in both tracks. Moreover, the study materials provided, including the comprehensive whiteboard notes and class recordings, have been invaluable in aiding my learning process. However, one aspect that could be improved is the rescheduling of classes. I encountered a bit of inconvenience when a class was canceled and subsequently rescheduled during the opposite track. This forced me to take time off from work to ensure I could complete the class on time. It would be more convenient if such rescheduling between tracks should be minimized to avoid disruptions in work schedules.
