Freedom Trail Realty School provides options to take prerecorded course if the live class times does not work for you. If I had any questions, they would respond right away.

I was looking for flexibility with taking classes part-time from home, this was a great choice. The team is responsive to questions regarding the program and the information/course content was definitely relevant.

Great training with flexible hours. If you want your license you can get the information needed online. Its on the student to do what is required to pass the test.

I took the 40 hour online class and was very happy with my experience. I noticed some reviews commented on the fact the classes were boring but I would disagree. The teachers need to get through the information and I was focused on taking notes so the time went by quickly. I passed my test the first try and would attribute that to following the plan Will outlines.

Good Teachers but there is no chronological order of classes. if you use up the on demand classes you can not do it to refresh your course(19hr) You will have to finish the 21hr of live class then you can review. The on demand classes are very random and if you have tech issues more then 10 min you are locked out. First 15 min is just about intro. Tech support cant help too. Good concept but bad execution.

The classes are good and most of the teachers are solid. If you do not work a typical 9-5 I would definitely recommend but there are fairly limited options outside of 9-5 for the required livestream courses. This makes it nearly impossible to efficiently complete the course.

The 3 stars are for the lack of personal attention. It’s all online. So getting a response takes long. The reviews stated quick responses. The available response hours are like bankers hours. So that’s a little inconvenient. Examples of how long the responses took. There is no in person classes or anyone to speak to outside of the hours. Lacks a little personal attention.

I never was able to finish up my classes with how busy my life schedule was, I finished my real estate class courses when I lived in NY through real estateU and it was a much longer course, 75 hrs, compared to MA 40 hour one. The reason I give 3 stars is because you can only do 20 hrs of pre recorded classes and they make you do 20 hrs live and you can only go by certain hrs they do the classes by. Those hours didn't really work for me and to be realistic , sitting listening to a person talking ' live ' for 2 hrs at a time while having a busy at home life with your kid just was the least enjoyable. I like working at my own pace when I'm learning. I shouldn't have to go by the instructors pace and specific times. I went by my own pace in NY courses and passed the state exam and these were all pre recorded courses without other students interrupting the courses with questions . So I never finished courses with freedom realty and would rather try a different company with courses that you learn from at your own pace. But that's Massachusetts for you

Recommend it for the convenience, but I'm taking the PSI's own practice tests and the questions contained phrases and words that were barely if not at all mentioned in the classes. The PSI practice exams make the FTRS practice exams seem elementary.

The online classes were convenient but really boring. I didn't have Will who, when I reviewed content was much more engaging than the educator I was able to...

I paid the full amount of just over $350 so I could study at my own pace. The instruction was great and I did most classes with Ed - who was fantastic. They provide a guarantee to refund if you don't pass but once inside you see that you have to pass 6 of the 120 practice tests to get that guarantee - which is tough. I did pass the test first time but was horrified in the first 90 questions to see that only two questions were ones I knew from the practice tests... I did those 120 question tests about 30 times which took forever and memorized every one. There were questions on the exam that I had not seen before, had not studied and definitely had not learned. It was a tough test and was very stressful - first 75 questions there were only two that I really knew from my course. The rest I had to just try process of elimination and try and guess. The last questions - 45 - there were many of the practice test so was relieved off those. I am not sure if the exam questions have been updated but someone definitely needs to look at the questions on the real exam and make sure students are taught those topics and questions.

This website has gone way down hill over the last 5 years. I signed up for the 500$ brokers course. There’s practically no live classes at all, so if you miss one you’ll be waiting for an entire month before you get the opportunity to take it again. They lock you out of the “on demand” asynchronous videos once you reach 19 hours and then they only allow you to review past live archived videos. *But the WORST part is that you’re required to take 21 live hours spread across 12 videos.. and every single live instructor ends the class 15 minutes early. So once you technically complete their course you’re still missing 4 hours of live class time.* This is way worse if you’re taking the brokers course, because they have a seriously limited live class schedule, not to mention that they don’t even offer live classes on the weekend!! So you’re trapped into taking their classes during the workweek and if you miss one, you’ll be waiting for a whole month to take it again. It’s so bad. And the way they lock you out of asynchronous videos after 19 hours prevents you from being able to even study the course material and I paid for the most expensive 500$ course! This website does not provide a good brokers course.

After completing 80% of my 40 hour course, they archived my entire course progress due to a "glitch" in the system on their end. They then told me I would need to start the entire 40 hour course over from the beginning and pay for the entire course with a "sale of 10% off" and a special "$100 credit." They did not offer any compensation or assistance until I actively advocated for myself. A careless mistake that cost me energy, money, and most importantly, time I cannot get back. Look elsewhere for educational resources and opportunities before settling here.

Not good. The classes are so so boring and not engaging. The teachers ramble so much and provide so much unnecessary information that it becomes hard to retain the information you actually need. Everything I learned was from reading the study guide and taking prep classes on YouTube and prep agent. I've taken two hour classes that at the end felt like we learned nothing aside from what people ask in the chat which the heavily focus on. Please change the structure of the classes, provide only the information needed to pass the exam. Don't waste your money here as there are better ways to learn.

Very misleading which wasn't explain very properly you have to take 40 hours of live class. You can do 20 hours on your own schedule they're not live classes but only 20 hours. After that you have to do at least 20 hours of live classes this wasn't explain correctly. When I first enrolled, I was under the impression I can do the classes an...
