The online programing is supported by live one-on-one instructors and staff who respond in real time. Learning is available via live instructor lead sessions, on-demand recorded sessions, written text, and audio recordings. The Self-Guided Study - Practice Questions and MA Course Study Guide were my first go to, followed by Live Steam or On Demand Classes. Instructors have practiced and polished their skills. The teaching staff have historical experience and a command of both the subject matter and teaching means and methods; they truly enjoy the ability to share their expertise in a collaborative environment. Office staff, including management, are always available, helpful, and timely. I highly recommend Freedom Trail Realty School to anyone interested in real estate as a consumer or prospective entrepreneur/employee in the real estate profession.

I had a stellar experience preparing for the Real Estate Salesperson exam with Freedom Trail Realty School. I enrolled in this school with no background knowledge on real estate; I'm a reading teacher. But each of the instructors were incredibly thorough in their presentation of the material, to the point where anybody could learn it. They made it known that they were open to any and all questions, and I loved that I could save the slides from all my classes and review them later. This, paired with the archived class recordings and study guide, were essential in helping me prepare for the exam.
Although the practice questions were helpful in making me accustomed to the format of the test/ determining areas of weakness, don't spend too much time on just the practice tests. I started to memorize questions more than the facts, and the questions on the exam are designed to trick you. I unlocked the pass-and-don't-pay guarantee, and didn't pass the state portion of the salesperson exam the first time around. However, Freedom Trail Realty immediately refunded my money, provided study feedback based on my fail results, and turned the course back on for me so I could study. As a result, I passed the next day! Even though I had already been refunded, they still valued me as a student and provided support in helping me pass. That meant a lot.
