Just bought a bike from Trek Wenatchee! Stellar service! Amazing showroom! Eros, Curtis, and Patrick all made my purchase seamless and painless. I'm a newbie to mountain biking and they each were so kind and generous with their assistance each step of the way from finding the proper size frame, foam tire inserts, bike lock, to matching helmet, and water bottle. I understand that Trek is one of the best brands, but they back it with the best service as well. Thank you!!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff at Trek Wenatchee were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was greeted as soon as I entered the store. I had ordered my bike online and he found it right away and took a few minutes to make sure everything worked like it was suppose. Then he showed me other things that I might need or want to help me be safer while I ride and to keep my bike secure as well. What I appreciated the most about this part of my experience is that I didn't feel like I was dealing with a pushy salesman. I was given the information and left to decide. I will definitely be back to Trek Wenatchee and will be getting all my bike services done there as well. Highly recommend!
