Eros is Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on everything I ask him on e-bikes, electronics/speed and anything else on or with them. I came in looking to by one, maybe a townie, entry-level and after seeing all of the options and wanted something with more gears and room to grow with it. I ended up getting the FX 1 that offers a lot more and my own opinion looks awesome! Thank you Trek and Eros as im very happy with my new e-bike!

Patrick’s customer service and expertise was next level service!!! He was patient and an extremely helpful! I didn’t get the name of the other fella but he was super helpful too! If you are looking for an E-Bike this is the place to go! Highly recommend them!

Knowledgable and extremely helpful - went through pro/cons of our situation regarding bike racks and bike sizing for a growing kiddo - I did not feel pressured to purchase, instead I felt informed and I feel great about the purchase we made.
