Knowledgable and extremely helpful - went through pro/cons of our situation regarding bike racks and bike sizing for a growing kiddo - I did not feel pressured to purchase, instead I felt informed and I feel great about the purchase we made. Just had the most incredible memory making experience at Trek Wenatchee. My two sons got their first mountain bikes today and Ryan, Ian, and Lucas were the ultimate professionals. They let the boys help assemble their bikes, were personable, funny and immensely kind to my kids. I'm fully convinced this experience is a forever memory for them and myself as a dad. I cannot express how much of a 5 star review this is. THANK YOU!

bought a new fuel exe from a different store and crank fell off as they probably forgot to torque it. Luke, Matt, and Ian fixed me up with leftover parts free if charge so I could continue my vacation plans. very nice and great customer service! thank you!
