The team at Trek is amazing. I had a non-biking issue (related to a bike rack), but Chris at Trek gave me daily updates with the manufacturer, and when it came time to do the installation, it only took ten minutes. The team at Trek is passionate about biking, and extremely professional.

After 15 years off the bike the folks at Trek bike have been very helpful and easy to work with. Did some pricing due to the age of my bike and accessories and they seem comparable to other place. I am a hands on buyer would really like to see and feel what I am buying and you can do that here. Ask questions so fare what I have found if that person does not know others around him probably do.
