The staff at Trek Midtown does a fantastic job. They diagnose your bike upon arrival. No hidden costs or diagnoses. Each customer gets the undivided attention of the bike tech. Great service. No complaints.

My wife and I had purchased two mountain bikes a few weeks back. After riding a few times, we realized that we probably didn't need true mountain bikes, but more of a gravel bike. I didn't know how to go about returning or exchanging the bikes. Really I just hadn't told the sales person the correct information for them to fit me with the correct bike. When we stopped in today, George was the one that helped us. He was very easy to work with and helped get through any questions that we had. The store manager, Chris and other employees were also very helpful and polite. They honored the 30 day return and fitted us with new gravel bikes. Both of our experiences with the store have been very good. We don't normally review about our experiences, but this one was different and we would like others to know.

Chris, Brandon, and the staff at Midtown are absolutely fantastic. They literally dropped everything they were doing to try to seat and install my new Pirelli P ZERO RACE tires on my Zipp rims, just so I could be done and back to riding ASAP. They truly went the extra mile by: 1. Redoing both tires to seat them perfectly. 2. Aligned the lettering on the tires to match up with the lettering on the rims, which was TOP NOTCH PROFESSIONALISM. They converted everything to tubeless, and did an excellent job. I just rode them today, and I actually like them better than my old Continental GP5K’s. Trek Midtown’s products are excellent, and I would HIGHLY recommend this place to any serious/PRO cycling enthusiast.
