After 15 years off the bike the folks at Trek bike have been very helpful and easy to work with. Did some pricing due to the age of my bike and accessories and they seem comparable to other place. I am a hands on buyer would really like to see and feel what I am buying and you can do that here. Ask questions so fare what I have found if that person does not know others around him probably do.

Chris and his staff at the Midtown store are outstanding. It doesn't matter if you're just starting out or a seasoned and knowledgeable cyclist, they treat you the same.
