Any question I had they went into a detailed explanation and were extremely knowledgeable. I'm super happy with doing business here and will be back very soon to do more business. Had an outstanding experience at Trek Bike Midtown Omaha upgrading my son from a Precalibur 16 to a Precalibur 20. Abbie helped us immediately and was phenomenal with fitting the bike to my son and patiently teaching him how to use the gears. She was incredibly kind, patient, and made him feel confident and excited about his new bike.
