Chris, Brandon, and the staff at Midtown are absolutely fantastic. They literally dropped everything they were doing to try to seat and install my new Pirelli P ZERO RACE tires on my Zipp rims, just so I could be done and back to riding ASAP. They truly went the extra mile by: 1. Redoing both tires to seat them perfectly. 2. Aligned the lettering on the tires to match up with the lettering on the rims, which was TOP NOTCH PROFESSIONALISM. They converted everything to tubeless, and did an excellent job. I just rode them today, and I actually like them better than my old Continental GP5K’s. Trek Midtown’s products are excellent, and I would HIGHLY recommend this place to any serious/PRO cycling enthusiast.

George gave excellent customer service. He showed me the differences between the different bikes I was looking at and didn’t pressure me to purchase one ( even though I did). In addition, he showed me the various accessories to enhance my riding experience. Both George and Manager Chris reviewed the service plan and gave me the information on the various parts of the bike. I highly recommend anyone interested in purchasing a bike to see them.
