I had my non-Trek bicycle quickly disassembled and boxed up for travel, all at a reasonable price. When I struggled to reassemble the headset (maybe because TSA inspected it), the Trek staff were very responsive. Great experience.

I bought a road bike back when the stores were Bicycle Sport Shop. BSS had long been my favorite store as I always felt welcome and respected. I’m very happy that this has stayed the same through the acquisition by Trek and that many of the same great folks have stayed on the staff.
Several times now, the manager and mechanics at Trek Bicycle Guadalupe have gone out of their way to help me with some tricky situations — denied warranty claims, faulty parts, and persistent problems. They are always reasonable when it comes to service pricing and making things right.
