Very helpful staff! Went above and beyond. Happy to let you take the bike for a quick spin and answer any questions - unfortunately I had a lot! Reasonably priced, good range of models (except during COVID-19 of course). Recommend dropping by if you're in the market for a bike. We bought a hybrid and mountain bike.

My first visit was excellent, Ryan was on it, great product knowledge very friendly and helpful didn’t do the “hard sell” which was greatly appreciated and part of the reason I ordered my new FX 5. Picked it up today and was looked after by Naomi and was I looked after, she did everything possible to make the experience perfect and it was. The staff was friendly and gave practical help on which multi tool would be best for my bike. I had just purchased it (not a Trek bike) so hadn’t even done a look over the screws/bolts yet. Needed to pop in quick and grab a tool to work on it and staff member gave a great recommendation.
