Since my three business partners and I purchased new bikes from TFM Richmond circa March 2018, we have been incredibly well looked after. Received great advice from Rob as he set up our bikes for us with precision and care. Taking my bike in for service, I received more great tips and advice and yet again nothing was too much trouble. So riding Yarra boulevard, heading for the drink fountain, and out pops a little old lady in her car. I ended up on her roof ! Without a scratch.... the bike suffered a destroyed right shifter..... managed to get to TFM on the off chance they had an ultegra shifter - of course they did, and ummmm can you fit it ??? yep... no problems....... 40 mins later - new ultegra shifter and cables and tuned gears..... late on a Friday arvo...

Great service. I always bring my bike here for servicing, repairs and parts after trying other nearby bike stores. The guys at TFM are really friendly and understand everyone rides bikes for different reasons (not everyone races around in lycra!).

Had a broken link on my chain. Wasn't sure if it would need to be entirely replaced or what. An unscrupulous bike shop might have taken me for a ride (no pun intended) but not this joint. Link swapped out in a matter of minutes and for a very reasonable price. Just found my new fav bike store and it's super close to our house.
