For someone who has all the gear and no idea..Trek Richmond is a safe pair of hands to do all my custom builds, bike servicing and friendly advice ( even if I ride a giant not a trek)...they even have cheaper than online nutrition! would recommend,

Went in as my back tire had a puncture while out with my son.
They checked the wheel, frame and put the new inner tube in with no extra charge.
While we waited the other staff member even offered to give my 4yr Olds bike a check over and tightened a few parts up.

The best service i have ever got at a bike shop!Your mechanic assessed my bike and then to my surprise informed me that there was nothing he could do to improve it - I do keep it in pretty good condition. he then went on to show me how to o other servicing activities and sold me the required tools to do this. He was clearly passionate about what he does and it left with an inflated view of Trek and with a hope that I can generate the same high performance culture in the business where I am taking on the CEO role. Plus, I have told everyone about this.
