came in and asked for the to bleed the rear brake, and they decided it was best to not do that and try to charge me by giving a new chain on a 15 day old bike, their excuse was that the previous chain had worn 75% already. absolute scam artists do not recommend you come to their shop.

What was meant to be an exciting time for us purchasing our little girls first bicycle turned into a horrible experience, one of the worst by far. The customer service was absolutely appalling. We were served by Riley, he was not helpful, he was rude, terribly slow and he behaved like everything was a huge effort and made us feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome .

I bought my bicycle in Prahran when the company was called TFM and came with a lifetime free general servicing. New company Trek they are not honouring the previous agreement. Not very happy with this agreement.

$130 to have new black prince brake pads fitted. The same pads cost $55 online. Really don't think the labour on the job warrants a $75 charge. No wonder people find it so hard to get a decent LBS.

Really helpful when your buying a new bike. Once I started having issues with my Trek the customer service completely changed. Very rude and not accommodating. TFM team made me feel like i did something wrong. Will not be buying bike from here again nor a Trek. I recommend shopping elsewhere.... ........ In repose to the TMF: I went straight to Trek who did replace this under warranty.....

Terrible service. Came here with a puncture and bought a new tyre, then they wouldn't let me use their pump to pump it up. Had to walk the bike home.

Had to deal with the rude staff who couldn't explain well when I was asking few questions. My friend who also was with me to have his bike repaired ended up having a deflated tyre when we got on the road! Very disappointed!

Judging from their website TFM's service pricing is outrageous. I suggest comparing with other bike shops - e.g. Lawrencia - compare what you get for TFM's $90 and $150 services with Lawrencia's $79 service!!

I took the bike on monday morning, the tall guy at the desk had a look at it, and said it needed a loooot of work. Specially the handle bars steering. I ask if he could take a look at it in the next three hours and that I was happy to pay. He replied: "I don't have time, I got a list of people waiting, you left it too late". He then rushed me out of the shop after I paid $5 for tightening the brakes. The next day I took the bike to another shop, they fixed the handle bar steering on the spot within 15 mins. I would not recommend this place, the service and advice is appalling.
