I dropped into the Richmond store near my workplace to buy some tools, and was helped out by Tobia, who was fantastic. He gave me excellent advice and detailed tips for the job I’m doing, and is obviously very knowledgeable. Some of the job involved making adjustments of components potentially critical to the safe performance of the bike. That being the case, Tobia said that if I was unsure about anything, I could bring my bike in for a quick check. I think that attitude and level of service is outstanding. Other staff members I’ve dealt with , such as Jo ( I think is her name ) have been just as friendly and helpful , and the store has a good atmosphere.
