I dropped into the Richmond store near my workplace to buy some tools, and was helped out by Tobia, who was fantastic. He gave me excellent advice and detailed tips for the job I’m doing, and is obviously very knowledgeable. Some of the job involved making adjustments of components potentially critical to the safe performance of the bike. That being the case, Tobia said that if I was unsure about anything, I could bring my bike in for a quick check. I think that attitude and level of service is outstanding. Other staff members I’ve dealt with , such as Jo ( I think is her name ) have been just as friendly and helpful , and the store has a good atmosphere.

Every staff member (we dealt with 5) over 5 months during Covid waiting for my son’s gorgeous 2022 Roscoe 7 (in the Teal colour is 100 times better in person than it even looks and it looked pretty good on the internet and checked all my spec requirements) and is exemplary in all regards. Our main member “Char” deserves a special thanks though!!!! Would take too long to explain why but try her out and you’ll see why! Product knowledge, communication updates in timeliness, honesty, reliability, helpfulness and do the Trek brand with their high quality bikes justice. Bought extra items for safety eg knee pads and had got stock. Totally worth the 6hour round trip from regional Victoria (we don’t have a Trekstore).
