Talk about a great experience! Originally attended Trek in Springvale and after finding out the bike I like was not in their stock they suggested I go to the Richmond store. The staff at Richmond were also great, particularly Owen who displayed excellent product knowledge, a caring attitude and exceptional customer service. Ordered in Aug 2021, my 2022 TREK FX3 Disc arrived ex OS in mid-Feb at the end of a hugely Covid disrupted supply chain. And it exceeded my expectations in terms of engineering and presentation - very pleased. Also impressed with the responsiveness and advice of Ryan, Liam, Owen and Charmaine at Trek Richmond.
