This program really works I was a fast food, bad food addict. Now I’m on week two and I’ve lost weight, had zero cravings, and have enjoyed cooking the delicious, healthy recipes. All the live calls with Dr. Ferro on Tuesdays, the Lunch and Lean with a coach, and a personal coach for a month are super helpful, where you can get all of your questions answered. I love the focus on restoring my body’s health. This isn’t a weight loss program; it’s a healing journey.

After two weeks on the Betr Health lifestyle program I have lost 12 lbs, have boundless energy and am thrilled with the program. I feel great and have found the program easy to follow. Although Step 1 (the first month) includes a limited food list to build back a healthy gut, the plethora of recipes makes it a snap. There is coaching available virtually 24/7 so if I have questions I get quick answers. Betr Health offers much more interactive guidance from real people than other programs I’ve tried so sticking with the program has not been not an issue. In addition, Blue Shield, my health insurance, has sent me a free digital scale and a nice-looking Fitbit to pair with the Betr app. They know this program works so they are investing in me and my health long term so I will have cost them less in the future. I am a 20 year trained patient advocate having had breast cancer four times, so I am a discriminating healthcare consumer. Betr Health gets 5 stars from me.
