This has been by far the easiest program to follow. It allows you to eat a variety of foods so it doesn’t feel like a “diet” but rather a change of lifestyle.

I like the accountability with sending pictures of what I'm eating to my coach, and my weight. Also the encouragement from my coach along the way is helpful!

This is my second time to do Betr. I was very successful with the program, but over the last year or so, I just let myself go, and couldn’t get back on track. I know what I’m supposed to be doing, but I was stuck. So, now I’m back on the plan. Not just losing weight, but also figuring out which foods work and don’t work for me. Now, that’s what success means fir me.

I have tried all sorts of diets, never have I seen the weight come off so easily. Definitely not a diet but, a new way of life. Enjoying food again and being held accountable while dropping pounds! Definitely Worth It.

I am thoroughly enjoying my program. I have learned so much about my body. What it likes, what likes it and what it doesn't. This experience is not like a diet. I feel so much better. I felt very supported by my coach Elaine, Katie and Heidi. I even got to ask a question directly to Dr Ferro and he thoroughly answered that question. I really felt cared for. Because what I am eating is so nutritious I does have cravings.
