Betr is not a diet. It is learning how to eat right, when and what to eat, getting rid of toxins in your body, it’s a lifestyle change. I am about to start Level 1, Week 3 in a few days, and I am very satisfied with the program, and my progress.

Seventeen years ago, I was able to lose 50lbs, following Atkins and a Mediterranean diet. I know that eating is for me. I told myself that I would not buy a new “fat” wardrobe. I have put 30 pounds back on and have a lot of aches and pains, and have been told that blood pressure medication may on the horizon. NO THANKS! Betr is just what I need, flexible, delicious, and healthy. I have been on the program for two weeks, preparation is key. I use my grocery stores delivery service and have all the nutritious foods I need delivered, makes prep a breeze! And WOW…I feel amazing!
