I have learned so much! I enjoy the daily education and I feel so much better. My health has improved this last month and my energy level is high. I have lost 8 lbs, but I am down a size in clothing even though the scale has not changed a lot. I love this program!

My experience has be so beneficial for my health. I have developed better eating habits, lost weight, and leaned the value of having good gut health. My coach Stephanie is so knowledgeable and supported me greatly in the Betr Program.

So far I’m really enjoying this program. I feel full most days and have had plenty of energy, not feeling lethargic or the need for a nap around 3:00 pm has been awesome! As far as weight loss, I’m down almost 10 lbs in 3 weeks, which is a miracle for me. Previous plans I only lost ounces in a matter of weeks and gave up! I would love to shed the weight more quickly, but glad I’ve at least lost the 10. I’m at a stand still now, with no weight lost in my 3rd week, hoping after my Lunch n Learn call it will help with this issue. As far as how I’m feeling, I feel much better. I have had trouble walking down the stairs for many months due to arthritis and other injuries, but this week I have noticed a serious improvement in my joints. I’m able to walk down normally without pain or feeling like my knees are going to give out. This alone is super exciting to me! Who knew eating differently would help my arthritis?! One thing I feel that could improve is the App. I feel a little lost sometimes, have trouble navigating the app and finding resources, but when I search for things online I’m usually able to find the answer or my coach will also provide an answer. I looked forward to many more good things to come and getting to my goal weight. About 35 more lbs. to go!!

I am just beginning Level 1Day 4 and have such positive results! I am losing weight, sleeping much better, and my blood pressure has gone down - in just 3 days!! Using food as medication works for me because I love to eat! I have learned so much about how to make healthier choices on a daily basis that I know I can continue BETR health. I am so grateful for the support provided and for learning how to improve my overall health. BETR choices for BETR health!

Really love this program. Recipes are yummy, no starving. I've lost 11 lbs in two weeks. Feeling healthy and energetic. I love my coach Lisa. She is so helpful and friendly and answers all mt questions and concerns. The whole support team is awesome. It's great to learn how to eat healthy again. Even husband has lost 7 lbs eating my new way of cooking!
