BETR HEALTH has been a wonderful experience thus far. I had tried so many different programs in my life trying to lose weight only to gain it back. This program focuses on your total health. The support that you receive is so helpful. I have been on the program 3 1/2 weeks and have lost 22 pounds thus far and have learned so much about taking care of me. Thank you and I look forward to the months to come and I meet my goal.

I am pleasantly surprised with the Betr Health program. At first I was skeptical and thought it was kind of cult-y! But even if you don’t fully buy in, if you still commit and give it a try you will see results. I’ve lost 12 pounds in 2 weeks (and it’s not just water weight - I had lost 5 before the program started, and I’ve already hit and progressed past my first plateau) and the scale is still moving in the right direction. I get compliments from people who know me and know how much I’ve changed already. But I’m not scared that I’m losing weight too fast, even though I laugh at the fad diets that make the same promises on magazine covers. I’m eating plenty of food, I’m not hungry throughout the day, Betr just works. If you have a history of disordered eating, be a little cautious, as the first “level” of the program is very restrictive — there is a short list of food that is on their plan. You are encouraged to eat frequently and in large quantity, but if you have that history, you may want to think carefully before joining the program. If you’re on the fence, I really suggest just giving it a try. You don’t have anything to lose except bad habits - even if you don’t come away from this having lost 12 lbs in two weeks or whatever, you will have gained healthy eating habits and taste buds accustomed to whole foods instead of processed junk, and that’s worth just as much as the weight.
