It was really hard at first to stick to the limited foods permitted on level 1, but having a daily coach who provided motivation and advice was super helpful!! Even though I slipped up on the weekends, Emily’s encouragement kept me on track to keep moving forward. I’ve almost finished level 1 now and I’ve lost all the weight I wanted to lose and kept it off so far! Betr helped me to stay on track by keeping me accountable, and I’m looking forward to level 2 and re-introducing foods. Thank you!!!
