This has been such a great program. I found it via my insurance and they cover the whole program. My coach is responsive and I am always feeling good. I was able to drop 10 lbs in my first week. This is not a diet, it’s teaching you how to eat nutritious meals that your body can break down and use.

I had a great success with the Level 1 program. Easy to follow guidelines and lost > 6 lbs in the first week. I do drink water, juices and teas so it's not water loss (msg for doubters :-))

I love that Betr's focus is on improving health vs losing weight...Although, I'm more than happy to let the weight go! I have been pleasantly surprised how much I've enjoyed the food, and not counting calories has helped me not get bogged down by the details. I don't feel like I'm on a "diet," but like I'm just taking good care of myself. In addition to losing weight, my blood sugar has improved, and I have less joint pain. I'm so thankful for Betr!

This program is a God-send!!! I seriously cannot say enough wonderful things about it! I only had a few pounds to lose, have always loved exercise (and a lot of it!), have always eaten very healthy, but COULD NOT LOSE THOSE LAST FEW POUNDS!! :( While doing research on weight-loss programs for my job, I was invited to try Betr Health out to experience how it worked and determine whether recidivism was high. (Did people gain the weight back after a certain length of time?) I tried it out and found it refreshing that it was centered on certain whole foods and not "diet food". NO calorie counting. No macro counting. No intense exercise, in fact, it was suggested I chill a bit on the intensity of my workouts. It sure worked to my benefit! I was able to allow my body and central nervous system rest, and reset. Results: Dropped weight faster than ever in my life and I'm not a spring chicken! LOL. :) I wanted to lose 6 pounds and ended up losing 13!! I am lean and strong and loving life- but beyond the weight alone, my skin is clearer, I've discovered so-called "healthy" foods that don't work for my body, my energy is through the roof and my mood is so much brighter!! :). Biggest benefit from this plan, though, has to be I have 0 sugar cravings!! My taste buds have reset to crave truly healthy foods now. Dr. Bill Ferro is a fantastic human being, helping tens (if not hundreds) of thousands of Americans overcome ill health and poor eating habits, from years of confusion and misinformation from the USDA, the health, fitness and weight- loss industries and media streams. I started it in March of 2020, so here we are over 17 months later and I"m still healthy, lean, strong and loving life!! Give this program a shot. See if your insurance plan covers it. Its truly one of the best things I've ever discovered!!

Easy to follow as a life time change. There’s no calorie counting or feeling hungry, all you do is link the scale you receive to the program and take pictures of what you eat. Great supportive program to help you become healthier inside and out.
