I found Betr Health through Wellvolution (a benefit with my Blue Shield Health Insurance). I had never made a true effort to lose weight and decided it give it a try. After 6 months with Betr, I have lost over 65 lbs and am now at a healthy weight. The program was easy to follow, and all meals could be cooled at home with no need to buy prepared meals or supplements (although they are available). I highly recommend the program for anyone who is looking for a lifestyle change, rather than a diet. This program changed my life and I am so thankful for it!

Betr health has changed my life, being on this program has helped take away all the inflammation I had, I was able to stop taking GI and blood pressure medication, and in the process lose weight. This lifestyle is actually sustainable. The foods are realistic, albeit slightly expensive. My wife and I prepared our own meals from the suggested menus, and have found several recipes that we really enjoy. We are able to rotate our proteins easily with the foods on level 1, 2 and 3, and we have both experienced noticeable weight loss and improved health from following the plan. If other plans have failed you, give Betr Health a try, what do you have to lose, only WEIGHT!
