I was for sure skeptical of the program. I thought how this was probably another crash coarse program that I am just waiting time on. Man was I ever wrong!! I have had such great results, that I have shared them with so many people looking to feel better. I struggled with fatigue, foggy brain, insomnia, trouble staying on task, aches in my joints, just to name a few. For the first time in a LONG time, Fall asleep quick and actually wake up refreshed. My energy, clarity, and focus are all coming back. I have not woke up feeling like I need a chiropractor just to start my day. My energy level has been rising and I am starting to feel so much BETTER! They weight has been sliding off! 25lbs in 20 days. Average 1 to 1.5 a day. I have never had that fast of results. I do not feel like I have to starve myself like most programs made me feel. I have the drive and desire to stick with this vs give up. My coach Carolyn has been so super supportive and knowledgeable. There are many resources which I love learning more and more. Healing my gut has truly been the key!! I am so grateful this program truly is based on healing you from the inside out. I'm excited to see where I will be in a year!

My Betr Health started with a work benefits program. It is a great program and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to get started on their own health journey or to anyone who is struggling to find a plan that works. In 27 days I was able to drop 8.5% body fat, increase my energy, get better sleep quality, feel less bloated, and decrease sweet cravings. It’s such a simple and easy plan to follow. No counting calories and never left feeling hungry or unsatisfied with any meal.

I think the first thing that I realized that makes this work for me is it is not a diet change. This is a lifestyle change. I don't focus on numbers, I focus on how I feel, on what is changing. I focus on making better choices. I use the tools at hand to make good choices.

I started my Betr journey on July 14, 2025. Today is August 14th, and I am down 25.5lbs. That's a scale victory, but here are the non-scale. I have diverticulitus, and have not had one flare-up since starting. My energy has increased generously in the past month. I am sleeping much better and wake up without the shoulder or hip pain that I was used to. Don't get discouraged, you may have to make adjustments so the journey works for you. I enjoy cooking at home and found the recipes easy to make and delicious. Prepping is so important and if you make sure to do that, you are well on your way. Do I miss certain things? Of course I do. Cheese is a staple in this Wisconsin household, but I know it will be added back in soon. Big take-away is knowledge. How to cook healthier, eat healthier. I think more about the choices I am making, instead of just opting for convenience. Lean on your coach, reach out if you have questions, maybe even need a little push. Beth was awesome! Lastly, this is a journey! Make it a great one!! Make it a Betr one!!

So I started this program 5 weeks ago looking for something to finally work that was a lifestyle of eating I could do forever. I am not a vegetable person but decided that the reason I wasn't was because I didn't want to think about things too much, I just wanted it simple. Well with high cholesterol I needed to "Think" about it because I didn't want to go on meds. So now I have learned that I actually really like vegetables, prep is super easy, I now know what to plant in my garden every year and the best part is i have lost 7% of my body weight and dropped my cholesterol 40 points in this short amount of time. I love how I feel, how I am sleeping, my energy level, my mood and the boost to my brain that I can do anything! I never go to the Doctor except for my annual checkups so it is really important for me to do everything I can to be healthy all the time and not on a yo-yo! I am confident I will reach all my goals by September and I will stay healthy for the rest of my life. This has made me very aware of everything that is going in my mouth and how it affects me and I am so happy I finally feel like I am in control of my health!
