I have been so happy with this program. It is a lifestyle change of eating whole foods. After 4 weeks on the program I've lost 12 pounds, improved my sleep quality, feel great, I'm down almost 2 pant sizes and I'm continuing to lose inches just by focusing on eating whole foods (no grains like wheat or processed grains, no processed sugar) focusing on many great veggies and fruits as well as protein to heal your body from the inside out.
