Been using the program for a bit over 4 months now and am down almost 70 pounds (from 240 to 170). The fact that it's not a diet has been huge for me as I can enjoy the food and eat till I'm satisfied. Also, the Coach program is effective (shout out to Coach Katie) - although you do have to own the program yourself and push your coach on where you need the support. All in all - I'm very happy. Going to continue to try and lose more weight and live a betr lifestyle.
