I have lost 10 lbs in my first two weeks. I enjoy having the freedom to choose what I eat (off the list of course!), the guidance of meals plans, the daily education to learn more about my body and how it responds to stress, and I am glad to have a coach who is in my corner to not only help me stay accountable but who answers questions, gives encouragement, and helps me succeed. The biggest thing for me is knowing I don’t have to be perfect. It’s the 80/20 concept that keeps me from feeling like a failure and throwing in the towel. I am just making my eating choices Betr, my sleep Betr, my activity level Betr, my health Betr.
