This program is efficient without taking you too far from your comfort zone. If you follow the food list, it's nearly impossible to fail. I feel better, my clothes fit better and no more heartburn or night sweats. I highly recommend trying this program.

Betr health is the most amazing program. It's easy to follow because you're eating regular food. Sloppy joes, egg roll in a bowl, fresh fruits and vegetables chicken beef fish and more. I'm a huge skeptic bit tried it because it's not processed foods and for 4 week's I can give up sugar pasta and cheese. In three days I felt amazing. My sleep improved. My memory sharper and I wasn't ready to crash at 2pm every day. My energy increasedand I had no gas, bloating acid reflux and the boat difference I have suffered from fibromyalgia for 24 years. My pain after just 4 week's is almost non- existant. I'm now adding new foods to see how I tolerate them but found that my body can't digest beef. That was huge for me. I've lost 19.1 pounds in 30 days and 9.25". My husband decided to join me and lost 21 pounds. My 19 year old son wasn't quite as willing but when home ate what we ate and in 2 1/2 week's lost 17 pounds. But he only ate dinner with us. Never eats breakfast and ate out almost daily with friends. The difference was he started making better choices. The recipes are really good too. This is NOT a diet it really is a Betr healthy normal way of living with good food that helps your body not make it sick. Loving my Betr life.

I started the program on September 2, 2019. I've struggled with weight loss since I was a teen, and this program works! I always seem to plateau at the same point, but have passed it with this program and am looking forward to realistically meeting my goals. Down 14.5 lbs so far. The food lists are restrictive, but you can still make some great meals. My coach, Elise is great too. She's always been able to answer any question I have and has been understanding and supportive when I've had any issues. I would recommend this program to anyone who is trying to get healthier.

This has been an eye opening experience. I wasn't sure at first although I believe the science. I wasn't sure I could stick with a regimen. But with the help and encouragement of my Coach April it has pretty easy for me. Plus I was ready for a lifestyle change. I just didn't know what steps to take until I found Betr Health.
