I was skeptical at first but once I dove in and committed, I quickly realized that this is the most sustainable plan that I have ever been on. If you really broke it down it all boils down to a real simple concept... eat clean!! Eat what you’re supposed to...Fruits, vegetables, good proteins. I am about to finish up my 3rd official week and I have lost 30 total pounds and within my official start date I have lost around 20lbs. The plan works just try it out and stick it out.

I have had a great experience using the Betr Health program, it hass improved my sleep and my general energy throughout the day. One of the biggest things I have focused on is improving my eating habits and as a result I also lost some weight.

This program has made it easy to follow & be successful. They've done all the hard work of research & getting the plan in place and all you have to do is follow it. Daily resources for encouragement as well as tips on staying on track & being successful. I never thought I would break the sugar habit but I haven't even had any cravings since the first few days on the program!
