I was skeptical at first but once I dove in and committed, I quickly realized that this is the most sustainable plan that I have ever been on. If you really broke it down it all boils down to a real simple concept... eat clean!! Eat what you’re supposed to...Fruits, vegetables, good proteins. I am about to finish up my 3rd official week and I have lost 30 total pounds and within my official start date I have lost around 20lbs. The plan works just try it out and stick it out.
