This program works. I was at a stalemate. In the prior year I had lost 50 lbs with diet and exercise, bit could not get to my next goal. This program gave me the how to and support to jump the hurdle and continue to and surpass goals. In the process, some chronic conditions have been better controlled, I have tried some new foods and some amazing recipes.

I started with a goal weight of 185. I am .7 lbs short of my goal. I have just completed level 1. My total weight loss to date is 16.1 lbs. I feel better, have more energy and sleep better. It has been positive experience since day one.

LindaJes is my support coach. With her help, all the resources online, and following the leveled menus, I have lost weight, my skin has cleared up, and I’ve identified some foods that don’t work well for my digestion. Doing this program with my husband has been beneficial for us both. We also appreciate the live chat support, articles, and videos. Ideas for meals, recipes, and meal planning guides make it easier to stick to the diet. It really does help to have all this support!

Love this program. It helps you learn more about your body. And the personal coaching, Heidi, has been the key to my success. Someone to help ask questions and encourage you even when you fail. They give you several starters for recipes but your not limited to just that. I can’t say enough about this program. Thanks for teaching me the Betr way.
