Easy to use website that allowed me to fill my rentals for 2019

The Vacation Rentals Wildwood website has become very popular this summer since there are no renter fees which allow owners to offer discounted rates compared to realtor rates.

This website is great! I love having direct contact with my renters while not having to charge them tax or service fees. That puts more in my pocket and saves renters money! Being at the top of the google search makes a big difference. Unlike other smaller sites, I am getting lots of inquires and rentals. Time to drop the over priced sites that we have no control over and stick with this one site.:) I have three places listed and not only did we fully book but re-booked m many weeks when some renters decided to move their rentals to next year. VRWW has been an amazing local advertising source for our two rental properties in Wildwood, NJ. Extremely easy to use website, great layout, and extremely reasonable pricing. No booking fees for renters or landlords. The majority of my summer has been booked through them. Fabulous customer service. I even received a call from the owner Duane to say he was combining my logins for both listings so I didn’t have to use two different user names. I really appreciated that. Always quick to answer questions. They are local South Jersey people and I always appreciate supporting a local business. Thanks guys!

VRW has done very well for me. I have had many vacation rental inquiries and bookings from quality families. Previously I was with another local site that I didn’t get any bookings with so this is a great change for me to be able to book direct with guests. By doing so they avoid outrageous tax and site fees from the other major players of VRBO, AIRBNB etc. Duane is fantastic to work with and is always a phone call away if I have any questions on how to optimize my listing. I am extremely pleased with Vacation Rentals Wildwood!

I made the decision to leave VRBO this past year and move my listing to Vacation Rentals Wildwood. What a great decision it turned out to be! I had the most weeks rented any of my 5 years in Wildwood Crest and by far my most profitable year. And it was like a breath of fresh air to have a listing with a company that knew that my interaction with the people who would be vacationing in my house was important to me. I want to thank Duane and his crew. This company is proof that a smaller start up can be more beneficial then those corporate owned conglomerates. Last year we decided to add Vacation Rentals Wildwood to our marketing platforms. In less then a year we have gotten more bookings through them then the two popular major online platforms. We got really discouraged with those larger platforms. We own the properties and take all the risks. They did not respect that aspect. Also they keep increasing fees and it has gotten ridiculous! Their policies protect renters not the owners that take all the risks! We owners are what allows them to exist! If it was not for us they would not even be around! So we get less money and more risk! With VRW we see and feel like we have complete control of our investment. They absolutely look out for the owners. They provide great tools to market and advice. Plus they are accessible! We get direct contact with bookings. We get to decide and flush out potential bad bookings. They provide great exposure for us on the web and that is a major plus! ALSO NO HOTEL TAX because we get to handle all of the transaction. Spectacular idea! They are new and evolving with great ideas! Glad to have signed on early with Duane and his group! Looking forward to many years advertising with Vacation Rentals Wildwood!! I have liked his ideas moving forward. I would Just like to add one idea of my own. You provide yard signs to advertise our listings. Can you propose to create small vehicle decals or stickers that say the same things. Duane has been FANTASTIC! This is my first go around with weekly rentals and I knew nothing on how to set everything up for renting my property. I used 3 other sites over the years to advertise my shore condo rental. The prices and fees at these other sites got out of hand. Also, renters could no longer talk to me or book with me directly. First we are very skeptical when it come to listing sites. No one like to waste money or no return on your investment. Vacation Rentals Wildwood, (VRWW), has produced 70 percent of our vacation home rentals in the 2021 season and we are sure we would have had more if we were not listed on a few other listing sites. Hoping to use them exclusively next year and beyond!

We use Vacation Rentals Wildwood to list our rental property and we were completely booked by the end of February! Super user friendly site to use as both a property owner and a traveler.

VRWW is well run by people who know what they are doing in this space. I highly recommend this service.

Love VRW. They only charge an advertising fee of about $445 annually. Not the enormous fee's VRBO charges our guest's. We get all of our bookings from VRW and are fully booked from May-Oct .
