Burch Dental is amazing. Our large family has been going here for several years now. Erika the dental hygienist is the sweetest. She is so thorough, explains everything, and really makes cleanings a breeze. Dr. Cassaro is personable, gentle, and really stresses the importance of teeth health and why treatments are recommended. The front desk staff are the kindest, most friendly group of ladies, and the billing department is the best!

Had an awesome experience at Burch Dental in Machesney Park. The staff is super friendly, and the place looks incredible inside—clean, modern, and really welcoming. I came in with a problem, and they took the time to listen and found a solution right away. You can tell they care. The attention to detail and customer service were top notch. First, I LOVE Machesney Park's Burch Dental's new location. I'd been going to the Burch Dental on Palo Verde but hadn't been in over a year. A piece of a molar broke off recently, so I needed to get in fairly soon. I learned then of a merger and that I'd need to be seen at this new location. I was impressed the minute I walked in. And that was just the surrounding. Everyone I dealt with there was very pleasant and attentive. Second, I was particularly impressed with Dr. Kloess and his assistant Briana. They each were clear on what procedure they would be doing and were thoughtful toward my comfort. I believe I was given an honest assessment of my issue that led to an appropriate treatment, rather than an unnecessary and possibly more costly treatment. I highly recommend the Machesney Park Burch Dental.

I cannot say enough about how great Burch Dental is. So professional from the ladies at the front desk to my hygienist Briana to Dr. Kloess. Briana explained everything she was doing which was phenomenal. Dr. Kloess was so kind, which made for a pleasant experience. I normally have a lot of anxiety when going to a dentist but they made me feel at ease and were not judgemental which was a huge relief. I highly recommend Burch Dental to anyone who is looking for a dentist.
