My first visit could not have gone better. There was only a two day wait from my first call to my appointment. The hygienist was even early to start the appointment. Everyone in the office was cheery and personable. The building was clean through out. The Equiptment is state of the art and presented in a way that was easy to understand. The session was very thorough, meticulous, and relatively pain free. I was there for a tooth ache so it’s impossible to be pain free. I seldom give five stars but in this case they left no room for improvement

I have a tooth ache and I’m going out of the country in a couple of days so I called to see if they could fit me in. Dr. Ben Kloess saw me right away and after checking out my extras and examining my teeth he determined that my teeth are in good shape and that I have a sinus infection that is causing swelling around my tooth root. I had no clue that could be why my teeth hurt. Thank you SO MUCH Dr. Kloess. After a couple days of antibiotics I should be good to go and now I can travel knowing there won’t be any issues. Thank you!!

Recently went to Burch Dental and really enjoyed it..I typically don't like doing dentist appt. The staff was very nice and super helpful too! Dr. Ben is one of the best dentist i've ever experienced, he was very gentle and professional!

I have been going to Burch Dental since fall 2020. The staff is great and I am very pleased with the care I receive. Unfortunately, they have discontinued participation in dental discount plans but they honored my plan for my most recent visit. I am grateful for that since I am retired living on a fixed income and the savings using the discount plan is significant.

First time coming to this office and i had the BEST experience. I had cracked my tooth and needed an appointment asap to get it extracted. Laura got me in ASAP and did everything she could to get me my copay amount before my appointment. While there they took EXCELLENT care of me and gave me the least painful treatment! I’ve had some horrible experiences in the past and i think i have found my dentist! Thank you!!!
