We love Burch Dental. We first went to Dr. Malcolm and he was very rude to my 6-year-old, telling her I couldn't hold her hand because she was whimpering and wouldn't talk to him. She needed fillings and two crowns. Like he does with everyone else, he said she needed to be put under for a simple dental procedure. Knowing her reaction to anesthesia, I called Burch for a second opinion. We had a wonderful consultation with Burch and they were able to do the procedure in office. She now loves going to the dentist and often asks when she can go back. My mother, who is the world's toughest critic, only has good things to report after the appointment.
