My experience was met with a very high welcome.
I appointment was scheduled for 11am and started on time.
I was seen by Ms ‘B’, my Dental Hygienist, who did an amazing job. Her communication (excellent). Her detailed work (outstanding). She was so gentle and caring, that I wasn’t able to prank her with my (yelling OUCH) to scare her.
I also met one of the newer Dentist, Mrs ‘M’ who also exhibited astounding amounts of kindness. to Burch Dental.

My 7 year old just had a traumatic experience at another pediatric dental office and I was not sure how she was going to do coming back to get her cleaning. Everyone treated her so well and she had no issues. Everyone in the office is so pleasant and I definitely appreciate having you guys taking care of all my kids for a long time. I've been going to Burch Dental now for about 14 years now. Everyone is so super friendly. The waiting room is super cozy and relaxing, not like a typical waiting room! I had a crown they had done that had given me some issues, and they worked with me every step of the way to make sure they got it right and that it felt comfortable again. Because of them, I now only have to go in for regular cleanings! I no longer dread going to the dentist! I HIGHLY recommend their services!

I went in for a cleaning. The staff was friendly, caring and I got in promptly. Being prompt is important to me and I got in at the exact time of my appointment. Erica, the hygienist did a wonderful job. She took X-rays and she was thorough. She was also friendly, professional and caring. Dr. Patron finished the examination. What a great guy. He has a positive attitude, great sense of humor and he's professional. It made the experience actually enjoyable and I'm not a guy who likes going to the dentist. He explained everything he was doing and gave great advise. If you're looking for a dentist, look no further than Burch Dental.
