I have have a wonderful experience with Burch Dental. Prior to Burch Dental,I went to the same dentist for 30 years. But when I moved to the Rockford area i had to find a new dentist. I first went to Apsen and had a horrifying experience. Which made it harder for me to look for another. Finally after a year of putting it off. I made an appointment with Burch Dental. I’ve found my dental hygienist to be A . I can feel the difference in my teeth and gums. They are friendly, listened to my issues and made me feel good about my options with my teeth. Prices are good and they are not pushy. I like being given all the information and allow me to decide. Not “you should just..”. So far I’m very pleased with my experience in the 2 visits I’ve had.

I have a huge fear of the dentist, I’ve had several bad experiences with other dental offices. When I started to have a horrible tooth pain, a coworker of mine recommended Burch Dental specifically Dr. Zimmer I had my initial appointment with Dr. Zimmer where I was informed that I would need a root canal. I became very scared and he reassured me that he would do his very best to limit the amount of pain that I would be in when I had my appointment we found out that I have a low tolerance to pain and that I needed to have more anesthesia throughout the appointment was very accommodating to every moment of pain that I had when I had to come back for a second appointment. He set a timer for every 20 minutes to check in and make sure to see if he needed to give me more anesthesia today I had my crown fitted, and it went amazing. I would highly recommend Burch Dental and Dr. Zimmer to everyone I know.

I have a medical condition that I have had for years. The doctors could not figure out what was going on with me. During one of my cleanings, a Burch Dental hygienist noticed one of my symptoms. She immediately went and made me a print out of what she thought was wrong with me. I took that paper to my doctor. After testing was completed, she had the proper diagnosis that we had been trying to figure out for years. Burch Dental doesn't just care about your teeth. They care about you and your overall health.

Dr. Zimmer is always patient, kind, and more than happy to answer any and all questions about the work he is providing for your dental health care. He answers my younger kids' questions with the same seriousness and respect that he answers my own. My children all like going to the dentist because the dental hygienists and office staff are all friendly, kind, and happy to see us at every visit. I'm grateful that we found this dental office.

First of all, great team at Burch Dental N Main. Everyone was professional, efficient and easy to talk to. The office and waiting area were comfortable and very clean. The doctor & hygienist took care of my tooth problem that popped up & I was on my way. I would recommend Burch Dental for any dental care or issues you may have.
