I was very pleased with my first visit since our dentist retired. Very friendly staff, very short wait in comfy waiting area, and very accomadating when scheduling appointment. High tech x-ray equipment, liked the privacy of the room and even a fun basket to choose a gift from. :)

I have nothing but kind things to say about Burch Dental. I always hated going to the dentist as a kid, and after not going for so long once I got older, I was afraid to go. The entire team made me comfortable and welcome. My first couple visits I saw Dr. Anthony, and she is the sweetest doctor I have ever met! She made me excited to come back for future cleanings. That's something I never thought I'd say. I figured I'd hate going to the dentist forever. This last visit I saw Dr. Cassaro. He was just as kind. Everyone in the office from the hygienists to the receptionists are just the most pleasant people you could ever have the pleasure of serving you. Thank you, Burch Dental, for completely ridding my life long fear of going to the Dentist!

Very confident and experienced front desk staff, they had no problems finding and processing my insurance. Friendly dental hygienist. I got a crown two years ago from Burch Dental and have had zero issues. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough about the staff, the attention to detail, and the personalized care I received. The over all patient experience was the best I’ve ever had in the Rockford area. They genuinely cared about making me comfortable, explained everything step by step and went out of their way to make me as comfortable as possible. I would recommend them to ANYONE. The “grown up treasure box” as you are checking out was such an unexpected treat, it brought me back to being a kid again. They are amazing ❤️
