I am a highly anxious dental client with a dental trauma history. At this office all the staff are friendly and courteous and caring. They smile when they greet me and adapt to my unpredictable mood which improves as my anxiety decreases. Arianna deserves a raise for being the first to greet me with a smile. She gives very thorough discharge instructions. Amanda who gave me the anesthetic worked quickly and competently. Dr Padron delivered what he promised a procedure without pain. They were all very patient with me. In a previous previous visit when the sidewalk was icy and filled with snow they even assisted me to the car to help prevent falling. I highly recommend this facility and staff to people who have dental anxiety. Hats off!

We have been using Burch Dental for almost 3 years. I have found him to always be very patient oriented, friendly, knowledgeable and current in the dentistry field. The staff has always been very accommodating to our appointment requirement needs as they have various availabilities and staff to meet our needs. I have recommended Burch Dental to not only family, but also friends and will continue to do so. And, the fact that the dentist is a US Veteran may not matter to most, but it sure does to me and my husband who is also a veteran, and our son is currently a US Soldier. Great job Burch Dental!

As someone who has difficulty with anesthetics, I was hesitant to have anything done here after a lifetime of traumatizing dental experiences. To say I feel lucky that I found Dr. Padron would be an understatement. He has been a true blessing by providing specialized care designed just for me. He was willing to listen to me and my concerns, as well as research the best way to help me. So incredibly grateful to him and his staff!

Personally I’ve never had a traumatic dentist experience so I am not “scared” or “apprehensive” to go to a dentist appointment.
That being said, even if I were, this team makes it known that their TOP priority is to make sure you are comfortable every single moment of your appointment. They go out of their way to make you feel welcomed, calm, and in control of the situation.
They are to the point and knowledgeable, willing to answer any questions without sugarcoating and while maintaining a positive, professional outlook.
I am now moving out of state, but I will miss all the staff at Burch.

This place is excellent. The staff here are very welcoming and friendly. I walked in here embarrassed of my smile. And afterwards I was excited to smile again. Every time I got work done I didn’t feel any pain. They made sure I was nice and numb. Even a few days afterwards I was in no need for medication. Dr. Pardon is very careful and particular when doing a procedure and I have the up most respect for him and his crew. I highly recommend his services.
