I wish every single company had the same supportive team, world wd be a better place to live. I give 10 stars to Sareh in the TLC team as she has been such a great great helper, certainly deresves a big payrise. I had a Univet loupes,as every one else recomending it in the dental uni. Problem was it was very expensive but i paid it, which I regret. Because battery was faulty in 4 weeks, they replaced it, but then after 3 yrs it started to bulge up! Lense also came off after a drop on the timber floor,30centimeters hight, Itried to reach out to them but their customer service sucks . So I turned into a better options, tried TLC company.
I have tried their TLC pro range, and happy with their clear view and good bright lights. After my bad experience with Univets, I have been very picky on the quality, specially as exam was getting closer.
TLC support team every day responding to my requests, and providing piece of mind. I am so impressed by them, specially Sareh. Non stop being supportive is a gift which Sareh and rest of TLC team have. I havnt seen it anywhere else, very rare quality.
