    I used the Loupes Company to buy my first ever loupes and I’ve never looked back. Years on and the loupes are still in such good condition - maintenance has been really easy, the customer service is really good. There is always something to talk to on Watsapp or email and they reply quick. Their prices are very competitive compared to the other companies too. Definitely recommend!

    Amazing service and fast delivery, received the order the next day. Love the pair of loupes, just exactly what I was looking for. Also not to forget their after services are commendable. I had issues with light bracket, which was replaced by Jamie within 24 hours at no extra cost. I wasn’t even asked to pay delivery charges unlike other companies. A % satisfied customer.

    As others before me have voiced, a reluctant American to order such a complicated item from overseas. Worth it? Absolutely. If there were any criticism to be made, the loupes took about 8 weeks to arrive in NYC. And while that in itself isn't a big thing, the production tracking on the website doesn't work, so you're kind of just hoping for an arrival within the estimated window. The first iteration wasn't perfect, but they shipped a second iteration within 7 business days. I'm giving the five stars because they didn't make me ship the first iteration back before sending over the new ones. Most companies Stateside would make you do that. Jamie gets all the PR bonus for this transaction. Wonderful loupes, thank you for your service!

    Great customer service and easy website to use. I use my loupes every working day and they are light and have been extremely useful. Would recommend this company to other dental professionals.

    I definitely recommend the loupes company for any clinician who is looking for new loupes or headlights. The quality of the headlights that I bought is amazing. Although fitting the light to my loupes was tricky, they never saved any effort to help me getting them fitted asap. Great service

    If I wanted to express in only one word what this company is doing, it would be AMAZING, due to several factors, mainly price/product, I believe that you are getting excellent Loupes for an affordable price, compared to other brands. Secondly, the customer service is personalized and very communicative and clears up every question that you may have. I live in US and placing an order in London kept me with many doubts, but everything was perfect.Thanks to Lucy and the whole team, the process from ordering to having them was nice and smooth...
