Ive now had my loupes for 3 years and theyve been amazing. Baring in mind theyre not the most expensive ones around I have had no problems with them (until now where I lost a screw and they replaced it for free!) compared to friends who have purchased the more expensive loupes

As a specialist nurse who operates in plastic surgery it was impossible for me to spend thousands of pounds on surgical loupes. I bought my TTL loupes from the student loupes company a year ago & I've used them every day. The quality is unbelievable for the price you pay& I now couldn't operate without them. I have now purchased the purelight to go with my loupes & I'm delighted with the quality. Being able to pay interest free for these products is great for someone who's not on a doctor's salary. I ordered the HD 5 mag TTL loupes through Student Loupes for electrolysis treatments. Mark and Will have been very helpful and accommodating throughout the process. I have been using the loupes for about 3 months now and couldn’t work without them. I got used to them very quickly. Using a mag lamp was taking a toll on my back and shoulders. These loupes have been wonderful with helping to maintain correct posture. I also work much faster than I did with a 3.5 mag lamp. Going up from 3.5 to 5 mag was very easy. I could never go back to 3.5 mag or a mag lamp. This is an essential investment. The prescription inserts are easily removable and the cost to change the inserts once glasses prescription changes is minimal. The cost of the loupes is reasonable. I thoroughly recommend Student Loupes.

Excellent service, can't fault it. So many options for customising my loupes at such competitive prices. Super easy to take measurements using the helpful guides on the website. The customer service was perfect- I got a courtesy email and call from the staff querying my choice of working distance as they were keen to get things perfect for me. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was super knowledgeable and helpful, and between us we managed to determine a working distance that would be right for my height and work as a paediatric surgeon. I was kept updated on all stages on the shipping and manufacturing process. Got my loupes about 4 weeks after I ordered them and they were perfect! I got the TTL HD ones. Super light, and very stylish, perfect for operating with. Came presented in a beautiful box with a strap, cleaning cloth and warranty booklet. Overall I am very impressed. This is a better service than I have experienced from other companies offering their products at up to 3x the price. Would highly recommend this company!
