I am new to loupes and have been researching for a while now while trying out others' to see what to look for. Ordering from a company that isn't local always feels like a bit of a gamble...but the TLC makes it so easy! The entire team was incredibly friendly and professional. Simply the best customer service to answer my infinite amount of questions. They stick by their products and guarantees, and offer quick and fair solutions to any issues that arise. I could not be happier with this group. I ordered the flip up loupes with the halo light for use during electrolysis treatments. The quality is so much better than the other brand of inexpensive loupes my coworker let me try, and the price at TLC is excellent. I think these would be perfect for those doing training as the PD is adjustable while the 5x image is crystal clear. These are a bit heavy on the nose, as to be expected, so I may try the Ergo unit too if I don't get used to it (will update the review if so). I will recommend them to all my coworkers as the BEST option for high quality products and high caliber service. For reference, I am in BC, Canada and they operate out of the UK. Still had amazing turnaround time and fast responses to my inquiries. Feels so good to be treated like a human, by a human, instead of like a number by a robot.

They definitely 5 star but would say beyond just any rating . The service and support I have got for my loupe lights has been the best despite the fact they are overseas they make sure the customer get it on time . This is my personal experience I had an exam to take and was highly doubting the fact that I will loupes on my exam date but all thanks Lucy ( the loupe company employee) she did overnight shipping and service was rendered on the same day . There is nothing you would get above this . I would highly recommend this brand and I have chosen them for all my future needs !!

I am writing this review after using my TTP Loupes with halo light for 2 months . I regret not going for these earlier . They made a huge difference to my clinical work and posture control . AFFORDABLE EFFICIENT and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE .

TTL Loupes at "The loupes company" are available at affordable prices. Customer care is very supportive during order, shipment, customs, delivery and after care as well. I recommend their loupes and light as they are very much cost effective altogether.

Affordable and very good customer service

My new ttl loupes arrived 3 weeks ago, and they felt great, now I feel I cannot do dentistry without them, I highly recommend buying loupes from this company. Update: My loupes needed a minor repair and Sareh promptly provided me with a loan pair of loupes, in order for me not to stay without loupes during the repair time. I am so amazed by the customer service of this company!! They are the best!

I bought my loupes 1 year ago and use them everyday they are great! The light is really bright and they are comfortable to wear. The company is really good to deal with too, always reply promptly. Highly recommend!
