As others before me have voiced, a reluctant American to order such a complicated item from overseas. Worth it? Absolutely. If there were any criticism to be made, the loupes took about 8 weeks to arrive in NYC. And while that in itself isn't a big thing, the production tracking on the website doesn't work, so you're kind of just hoping for an arrival within the estimated window. The first iteration wasn't perfect, but they shipped a second iteration within 7 business days. I'm giving the five stars because they didn't make me ship the first iteration back before sending over the new ones. Most companies Stateside would make you do that. Jamie gets all the PR bonus for this transaction. Wonderful loupes, thank you for your service!

Great customer service and easy website to use. I use my loupes every working day and they are light and have been extremely useful. Would recommend this company to other dental professionals.

I definitely recommend the loupes company for any clinician who is looking for new loupes or headlights. The quality of the headlights that I bought is amazing. Although fitting the light to my loupes was tricky, they never saved any effort to help me getting them fitted asap. Great service

I am new to loupes and have been researching for a while now while trying out others' to see what to look for. Ordering from a company that isn't local always feels like a bit of a gamble...but the TLC makes it so easy! The entire team was incredibly friendly and professional. Simply the best customer service to answer my infinite amount of questions. They stick by their products and guarantees, and offer quick and fair solutions to any issues that arise. I could not be happier with this group. I ordered the flip up loupes with the halo light for use during electrolysis treatments. The quality is so much better than the other brand of inexpensive loupes my coworker let me try, and the price at TLC is excellent. I think these would be perfect for those doing training as the PD is adjustable while the 5x image is crystal clear. These are a bit heavy on the nose, as to be expected, so I may try the Ergo unit too if I don't get used to it (will update the review if so). I will recommend them to all my coworkers as the BEST option for high quality products and high caliber service. For reference, I am in BC, Canada and they operate out of the UK. Still had amazing turnaround time and fast responses to my inquiries. Feels so good to be treated like a human, by a human, instead of like a number by a robot.

They definitely 5 star but would say beyond just any rating . The service and support I have got for my loupe lights has been the best despite the fact they are overseas they make sure the customer get it on time . This is my personal experience I had an exam to take and was highly doubting the fact that I will loupes on my exam date but all thanks Lucy ( the loupe company employee) she did overnight shipping and service was rendered on the same day . There is nothing you would get above this . I would highly recommend this brand and I have chosen them for all my future needs !!

I am writing this review after using my TTP Loupes with halo light for 2 months . I regret not going for these earlier . They made a huge difference to my clinical work and posture control . AFFORDABLE EFFICIENT and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE .
