Updated review:
After my original review, I was contacted first thing Monday morning by Will, the owner of The Loupes Company.
Will apologised for the delayed and incomplete delivery, and did his best to explain what had gone wrong and how he would like to amend this. I was assured that my order would be handled by Will personally from now on, and that my headlight would be sent with express delivery and arrive with me tomorrow.
Will's swift response and determination to make amends, have somewhat restored my confidence in the company, and I would therefore like to change my rating to 4 stars.

I am afraid I cannot give more than 1 star.
I ordered a set of flip-up loupes end of December 2020 including the purelight bundle.
By mid January I contacted The Loupes Company to get an update regarding my order and when I could expect delivery, and I was informed that the loupes would arrive within a week.
Nothing happened!
In the following weeks I contacted the company several times. I was told that there was issues with the manufacturing and then there was issues with the postage. As compensation I was promised a set of visors.
Now 2.5 months later I have finally received my loupes. But I haven't received the headlight, nor have I received the set of visors, which was meant as compensation.
I don't feel comfortable having purchased a product from a company that cannot get basic contractual things correct. I will therefore be returning my loupes before I use them.
