    Have been using my loupes for the past 2 weeks and they have made a massive difference!! Excellent value for money, lightweight and comfortable to wear all day. Would recommend to all Mohs micrographic surgeons!

    Really great loupes, for the price you cannot go wrong, I know Will personally and I can guarantee you won't get better customer service than with student loupes company. If you're looking for a starter pair of loupes, look no further, loupes are nothing without illumination, so pick up a light too. Thanks for all your help William.

    These loupes are ideal for both those starting out on clinics and those who want to practise working under magnification. At such a great price I'd recommend trying out a pair to anyone!

    I returned the loupes as I had ordered the wrong product. The company were happy to refund and easy to deal with.

    I've amended this review on the back of the way my complaint was dealt with by the wonderful owner- he rang me first thing in the morning after the complaint went out and hes been sorting out the problems and keeping me updated with this long process. Now I have dental loupes that I can finally work with and needless to say the quality is splendid- and on the back of all the effort Will has put into this and the care hes shown, I would recommend the company massively. original post: waited 6 weeks to receive my loupes- they gave me double vision so I had to get them to remeasure me and make them again- waited another month and a bit to receive the second pair, which again, were giving me double vision. still yet to hear back from their 'info' team, despite being told by their team on whatsapp that they would get back to me the same day. Whatsapp team not very sympathetic/apologetic in the slightest about me having waited so long to receive two loupes that serve me no good, and more concerned about how i will package the item when sending it back. AVOID. Best to put your money towards someplace that will deliver quality loupes at a faster rate and provide better quality service. very disappointed.

    Updated review: After my original review, I was contacted first thing Monday morning by Will, the owner of The Loupes Company. Will apologised for the delayed and incomplete delivery, and did his best to explain what had gone wrong and how he would like to amend this. I was assured that my order would be handled by Will personally from now on, and that my headlight would be sent with express delivery and arrive with me tomorrow. Will's swift response and determination to make amends, have somewhat restored my confidence in the company, and I would therefore like to change my rating to 4 stars. Original review: I am afraid I cannot give more than 1 star. I ordered a set of flip-up loupes end of December 2020 including the purelight bundle. By mid January I contacted The Loupes Company to get an update regarding my order and when I could expect delivery, and I was informed that the loupes would arrive within a week. Nothing happened! In the following weeks I contacted the company several times. I was told that there was issues with the manufacturing and then there was issues with the postage. As compensation I was promised a set of visors. Now 2.5 months later I have finally received my loupes. But I haven't received the headlight, nor have I received the set of visors, which was meant as compensation. I don't feel comfortable having purchased a product from a company that cannot get basic contractual things correct. I will therefore be returning my loupes before I use them.
