I returned the loupes as I had ordered the wrong product. The company were happy to refund and easy to deal with.

I've amended this review on the back of the way my complaint was dealt with by the wonderful owner- he rang me first thing in the morning after the complaint went out and hes been sorting out the problems and keeping me updated with this long process. Now I have dental loupes that I can finally work with and needless to say the quality is splendid- and on the back of all the effort Will has put into this and the care hes shown, I would recommend the company massively. original post: waited 6 weeks to receive my loupes- they gave me double vision so I had to get them to remeasure me and make them again- waited another month and a bit to receive the second pair, which again, were giving me double vision. still yet to hear back from their 'info' team, despite being told by their team on whatsapp that they would get back to me the same day. Whatsapp team not very sympathetic/apologetic in the slightest about me having waited so long to receive two loupes that serve me no good, and more concerned about how i will package the item when sending it back. AVOID. Best to put your money towards someplace that will deliver quality loupes at a faster rate and provide better quality service. very disappointed.

Bad, Bad, Bad Declined to visit in person. Make you take your own IPD and WD. Months to arrive. Problems with finance company. Repeated problems with WD. Battery buttons don’t work. Charger doesn’t work. Box not well designed for loupes size. Threats to cancel my warranty because didn’t package properly. Periods of no contact. Ignore refund requests. Attitude. Absolute waste of time. Don’t buy!

Their 30 day trial is not actually a trial. Was an absolute nuisance to get a refund from this company. They claim the Loupes must be unused for them to issue a refund. How are you meant to trial them if you can't use them??? They claimed there was a deep scratch on the loupe when I sent it back, when I know for a fact their wasn't. I would stay away from these guys, these Loupes a very low quality, the magnification is poor and light intensity is not great. There's a reason why their so cheap. There is no comparison with the more renoind companies. Spend a bit more and get Loupes that'll last you years rather than a few months with these Chinese made second rate loupes.
