From the outset Mark has been extremely helpful,kind and courteous.His service has been impeccable.I experienced a problem with my previous light source -TTL loupes and light from a different company.The problem was not resolved by that company. One phone call to Mark and it was resolved within a day. A month ago had a problem with the lens barrels of my previous loupes which I 've been using for 10 years and have been extremely happy with.I spoke to various reps who offered me new loupes at very inflated prices.I decided to order a new set of TTL loupes from Mark.I am extremely delighted with my new TTL loupes which arrived in very good time considering the current restrictions. I can confirm they're better than my previous TTL loupes (which were on a designer lightweight frame) and at a fraction of the price of similar loupes from other companies. I would also highly recommend their visors. The Loupes Company is amazing - excellent customer service,providing quality products at fantastic prices.They're an asset to the medical profession and can visualize using them for the rest of my career!

I've had my Loupes company TTL x3.5 for over a year now and I can honestly say it is a great product. The loupes are light and comfortable to use, the standard light is great, but in hindsight I should have gone for the more expensive super light option ( you can never have enough light). I been doing AGPs using these loupes all the way through COVID and they fit nicely under a standard disposable visor, no adjustment necessary. I do a lot of endo and have a microscope in addition, during COVID I've done a lot of endo without my scope so I was glad I opted for x3.5, as they are fine for moderately complex molar endo, but they are also great for general dentistry too. Overall good customer service, light and robust loupes and a really good price. Very happy

Had my loupes for around 3 years now. Couldn’t work without them. The one small issue I’ve had was solved within 10 minutes by the team. Very satisfied.
