Using ProjectorScreen for purchasing my 2nd UST projector, got Hisense PX1-Pro two years ago and now upgraded to PX3-Pro. Respect the team for many reasons: 1 - focus is exactly projectors and screens 2 - multi-branded, sell Epson, JVC, Hisense, BenQ, etc. 3 - 1st hand distributors and speak directly to manufacturers (e.g. Hisense) 4 - prices are always competitive / best, plus the bundle proposal (discount for getting projector with screen) 5 - ship promptly items in stock, my experience is next day 6 - Brian from ProjectorScreen is actively present in online communities (e.g. avsforum) 7 - can flexibly handle pre-orders in a more human way big shops won't do

Purchased a projector back in 2022. Over the next couple years I got 2 dead pixels on it and just dealt with it since it seemed like a lot of work to get replaced. (Would have had to send it back to the manufacturer) I had contacted them on an unrelated issue about getting my projector serviced and cleaned by someone in the states. Out of the blue without me asking, they said that even though I'm out of warranty by a couple months, they'd contact the manufacturer to get my projector goodwill serviced for the dead pixels. They literally took care of everything. All I had to do was print out the shipping label, package the projector, and drop it off at the shipping company. Took several weeks to get back projector back being it was shipped to China during Chinese New Year which delayed shipping slightly. Every time I asked about an update they would get back to me within 24 hours with that update. I rarely leave written reviews unless a business goes above and beyond. Will purchase my next equipment from them in the future. Also, I made my purchase based on their review of my projector initially. You won't be disappointed working with them.

I bought a Hisense-PX3-PRO. The projector is outstanding. What outclass the projector was the Trevor who was customer service for ProjectorScreens.com. He responded quickly when I had a question. The price was competitive, but the customer support went beyond. As for the projector, still prepping room so family using dining room with big windows. Light or no Light, the image is outstanding. The texture makes people look like they have wrinkles. Also, the dining room is the only room that has a big wall to project to. The room I am prepping is a bit odd shape and the project can be reverse to you can put it on the ceiling.
