This is a fantastic company to do business with! I had some initial issues that were my own fault, but I thought the projector I purchased was defective. After several back and forth emails in a very timely manner the support department solved all of my issues. I am not typically very patient, and they definitely responded very quickly via email. Bought the Hisense c2 pro on Amazon from them. Absolutely INCREDIBLE projector. Used on a 120in silver ticket white screen. I can only imagine it would be even better with a high end screen. Unfortunately, I discovered upon use that I am sensitive to the rainbow effect laser projectors produce. I didn't know this was a thing and it caused me headaches. Please be aware of the potential. If you generally have eye issues or are sensitive to light, odds are you would experience the same. In which case you should be looking at triple LCD projectors, like Epson. Until laser projectors can solve the rainbow effect, best to look elsewhere. Thank you to Mike so much for insightful and fantastic customer service. Truly such a a tragedy I had to return because the projector was truly gorgeous. Responsive OS and fantastic colors. I mourned not being able to keep it. Photos are in a room with no light source beyond the projector, but I have entirely white walls which add quite a bit of ambience. A fully controlled dark room and the projector will blow you away. If you're in the market, definitely go with this team. Give them a call or stop by and you'll be well taken care of!
