He went above and beyond to help me find the perfect fit for my needs. Everything exceeded my expectations and delivers stunning visuals and highly detailed sound. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this company for their products, quick shipping, and excellent support. They designed an AV system for me that truly puts the “theater” in home theater.

Maybe it’s the type of paint my landlord used but I’m impressed by how detailed this projector is when displayed on a plain white wall. I never knew how much more fidelity Gran Turismo 7 has on the PlayStation 5 when playing on this large of a scale considering I was playing this entire time on my 65" LG OLED B6. In comparison to other TVs, motion handling is fantastic with no discernible loss of detail on people’s faces and skin even with the soap-opera effect turner on when watching movies. I was curious as to how improved it would be with a proper ALR UST screen, so I went with the 100” ALR UST screen from Spectra Projection. Now it looks like I’m watching on a giant regular tv with great black levels and shadow detail in addition to really good viewing angles (granted I have to close the curtains a little for optimal quality but it doesn’t bother me). Although setting up a projector and screen is a huge endeavor, the viewing experience afterwards is rewarding and worth it; therefore, I highly recommend investing in one if it’s within your budget. Joe Schodowski from projectorscreen was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable to help with the purchasing process. Shipping was very free and fast. Overall, I’m more than pleased.

Amazing customer service and fast product delivery. When I purchased my Epson LS11000 from them, they said it would take a couple of weeks for delivery. I emailed and asked if there was any way to get it sooner. Low and behold, I got the projector within a week!!! They even sent me a $100 credit towards my next purchase. I realized that I needed a mount and promptly ordered it from them. Then, I realized I forgot to use my credit! I emailed again and they promptly gave me back the $100! BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!!

These guys "Zac" customer service agent, was so very helpful and patient with me in ordering this projector in time for Christmas so that my son and his family could enjoy this wonderful gift. Thank you greatly. I appreciated all the help.
