I purchased a ForMovie projector screen to pair with my ultra short throw projector following an in depth review of both. I am very happy with the quality of the products and the support I received to complete the assembly and final mounting. I received prompt email response that helped me navigate a difficult mounting situation. I was able to finally mount and operate my projector exactly where I wanted sure to support I received. I’m not one to write reviews, but the customer service from this company is just amazing. Joe and Mark are the two people I spoke to and they went over and beyond to resolve my issue. My screen came with a manufacturing issue that was not their fault at all. They responded to my emails quickly and maintained me 100% in the loop with every update. When the manufacturer decided to replace my screen Mark and the team decided that since the screen came from China it would take too long to arrive and quickly shipped one from their warehouse to speed up the process. This team is amazing and would recommend to anyone. A customer service. As for the screen, it’s AMAZING!! We purchased the Formovie Short Throw Projector Screen and the quality is great. It has become our main TV in our house. Everyone that visit us compliments it.
