Reached out to ProjectorScreen well after hours on a Friday night, expressing our need for a part that we would need to be installed by Monday morning. Their team was responsive to our emails all throughout the weekend, and arranged for us to pick up the part needed directly from their warehouse. Thanks to their quick responsiveness and willingness to think outside the box, we were able to get the part we needed, and technicians were able to successfully complete the install, before our Tuesday deadline.
