I want to post my awesome after sales support experience with ProjectorScreen. Initially they (Zac) helped me to choose 'right' combination of projector and screen for my room ambience. That was a thrilling experience for me as a new buyer. I bought Formovie projector and Vividstorm ALR FRS 110". I love the combination. in just a week of installing, the screen stopped working. I found it was due to an electrical issue. I contacted ProjectorScreen via email. Mark responded immediately, which gave me a hope that this can be fixed. Mark constantly was in touch with me and made sure I got the parts replacement, so I can fix it myself. (I am an IT guy and I have bit of electronic knowledge DIY experience). and I did fix it and now working as a Charm. I realize, I am dealing with a highly reliable company. I am happy that I bought from ProjectorScreen.

Projector screen staff especially David are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and sensitive to one’s specific needs in developing the best systems for their customers. I recently upgraded my Home Theatre from my year 2000 overhead projection state of the art system to a 2023 JVCNX 5 4k projector and a Denon networked 4800 state-of-the-art system. Unbelievable what 23 years has brought in new technology. These guys at projector screen made the transition seamless with no difficulty.

David Solomon at PS is the real deal. He was extremely knowledgable and not at all 'salesy'.
