When my madVR envy broke, they fixed it and returned it to me fixed in no time at all. I really enjoy the YouTube content they produce comparing all the latest products side by side. Zack who works there is a very clever dude who always knows how to solve a problem.

Not only did Zac make a recommendation for a projector that would better suit my needs, he offered to facilitate the customer service issues I was having with the major retailer. I made a purchase with Zac as I was under a tight deadline and he was able to get my order out nearly instantly, to make sure it would arrive in time. Zac saved Christmas. Cannot thank him enough. See MoreI ordered a projector mount setup which had a website issue that prevented the order from being completed. Zac contacted me and discussed the issue. After some back and forth he found a better mount option for my new projector that saved me money and will be a better fit for my setup. I have ordered 2 projectors and a mount setup over the past few years from this company. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I am still wowed weeks after putting everything together and watching. Watch TV, movies and play video games every day. All my friends are wowed by it too. Can't thank projector screen enough for their help and customer service. They were great to deal with. Would purchase from them again. Pictures are of sports on tv, video game and movie. Then one with the lights still on.
